For three weeks in March 2025, Rosie was one of the resident makers at 'Makers Camp' alongside Ghanaian and London based designers and Central Saint Martins students. This workshop-based project explored how designers can build sustainable ecosystems through collaboration, fostering a culture of co-creation, knowledge exchange, and utilising locally sourced materials.
Engaging designers, artisans, and makers based between the UK and Ghana in collaborative learning experiences, the aim was to cultivate a community-driven approach to fashion that prioritises thinking in practice and cross-cultural dialogue. A Makers Camp, in partnership with Spring Studios, will formed the platform for hands-on workshops and talks highlighting the potential of fashion as a collective practice merging traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design strategies
while promoting skill-sharing and resilient creative networks.
