Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you are unhappy, please read the information below.

Returns (Non-Custom Items)
You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Original delivery costs are non-refundable.

Custom & Personalised Orders
Custom-made or personalised items (including made-to-order sizes or engravings) are non-refundable unless faulty, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Faulty Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos so I can arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.
